This report serves as the Annual Progress Report for the Fiscal Year 2011 (October 2010-September 2011) as well as the Quarterly Progress Report for SERASI activities for July – September 2011.

This quarterly report covers SERASI activities in the USAID quarterly period March - June 2011. This is the first full-quarter report under SERASI Option Year 1, or Contract Year Four (February 2011 – February 2012). In the third year of the SEASI base contract, the program began awarding grants to organizations in and around the area of Jayapura.

Project Close Out - The SERASI post-conflict peacebuilding and governance project is the largest USAID-funded peacebuilding program in Southeast Asia. SERASI’s first three years (2008-11) served as a strategic small grants and technical assistance mechanism for civil society organizations and communities.
